Red Ridge Centre Red Ridge Centre - Personal development through the medium of outdoor pursuits

Teambuilding and Team Away Days.

Red Ridge first offered corporate team building programmes as far back as 1978 and has continued to develop programmes as your needs and expectations have changed over the years.

Our programmes offer a careful balance between the fun and challenge of outdoor experiences and classroom based activities. Specific examples are given here in order to give a basis for discussion. No two programmes are identical and all programmes are tailored to meet your company needs and the needs of your team members.

We ensure that all activities are appropriate to the age, ability and needs of our guests. Not everyone wants 'white knuckle' events and our programmes will always emphasis that your most valued team members are not necessarily those apparently more willing to put themselves at risk.
