We ensure that all activities are appropriate to the age and ability of our guests.

You can participate in:

1. Full Day Rock Climbing and Abseiling

2. Half Day Rock Climbing and Abseiling + Half Day Caving.

3. Full Day Canoeing expedition on River Severn.

4. Full Day of mixed Activities at the Red Ridge Centre - from: Zip wire, Single Rope Technique, Archery, Kayaking, Climbing wall, Assault Course, Artificial caving, Orienteering.

Joining Instructions.

Rock Climbing and Abseiling, Caving - Meet outside Cross Guns Public House in Pant on the A483 (Welshpool/Oswestry Road).

River Expedition - Find roundabout at Newtown end of Welshpool bypass. Turn onto A490 - after 1 mile approx. meet at gate on left immediately before road bridge over River Severn. This is about 300 yards past main entrance to Welshpool Airport.

Centre Based Activities. - Meet at Red Ridge Centre, Cefn Coch. There are several Cefn Cochs - please ensure that you find the Cefn Coch on the back road between Llanfair Caereinion (A458) and Carno (A470). From Llanfair Caereinion follow brown and white road signs to 'Outdoor Pursuits Centre'.

We normally meet at 10:00 hrs and finish at 16:30hrs.

Groups normally provide their own sandwich lunch and drinks.

It is very expensive for us to provide instructors for half a day only. However, If your budget only allows a half day of activity per person, we suggest splitting your group so that half participate in the morning and the other half participate in the afternoon. This effectively halves your costs and occupies our instructors for a whole day.
