The undermentioned is a licensed provider of specified adventure activities to young people under the age of 18 years pursuant to the Activity Centres (Young Persons' Safety Act 1995 and the Adventure Activities Licensing Regulations 2004.

The Adventure Activities Licensing Authority, acting under the auspices of Tourism Quality Services Limited, and in pursuance of the powers conferred upon them by regulation 4 of the Adventure Activities Licensing Regulations 2004, licenses

PETER NIGEL JONES

to provide faclities for adventure activities from or by, the activity centre or provider known as

RED RIDGE CENTRE

to undertake the provision of the adventure activities specified in the Schedule to this licence, subject to the adjacent conditions.

This licence is effective from

25 June, 2007

unless revoked in writing by authorised persons.
